Megan was God sent. We prayed for direction on something we had not planned. Several steps on home buying just fell in place. Megan advised us with options. She made some key recommendations. Even after the contract was signed, she continued her research to provide us with answers. Megan insured the inspector, surveyor, and environmental contractors completed their tasks. She communicated at great lengths on our behalf with the mortgage company and title company. I highly recommend Megan on buying a home.
